Your order will be processed within 2 days after we receive payment. Your order will then be shipped within 2 days after we process your order by DHL or Fedex Ground. A tracking number will be provided after we ship out the item. All shipments are FULLY INSURED, and we take care of all the claims hassles. Oversized items may be shipped by Freight. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and double boxed. Report any damage or defectiveness within 7 days of shipment arrival. We will replace or refund the full cost of the item, when replacement is unavailable. To receive a replacement, simply notify us immediately, then return the item within 7 days.
